HeJing Electric Completes MES System Training to Boost Smart Factory Upgrad

2026-07-21
As a factory focused on Arc Extinguishing Chamber production, Hejing Electric always upholds high standards for product accuracy, quality control and customized batch production. These strict requirements put forward high demands on precise material management, accurate inventory data and full production traceability. In the past, our warehouse and production teams relied mainly on manual entry and offline Excel sheets to manage stock in and out. This old method often led to inconsistent material data, low inventory checking efficiency, untraceable product batches and delayed production statistics. To solve these common management issues and keep up with the trend of smart manufacturing, the company launched the full-coverage MES training to build a solid foundation for fully digital factory management.

The training combined professional theoretical knowledge with plenty of hands-on practice, focusing on the most commonly used MES functions in daily warehouse and production work, especially the standard workflows for material inbound and outbound operations. For material inbound management, trainers explained every step of the standard process, including supplier information registration, batch barcode scanning, incoming quality inspection connection and online warehousing confirmation. Once raw materials and auxiliary parts for arc extinguishing chamber production arrive at the factory, staff can log in to the MES system and create inbound orders based on actual purchase orders. By scanning material barcodes, the system automatically matches product information and records inspection results. After checking and confirming material specifications, quantities and batch numbers, the system completes the warehousing process, updates real-time inventory data and generates electronic records. This fully replaces the old paper-file manual warehousing method.
The training also fully standardized the entire outbound process, including workshop material picking and finished product delivery. For production material picking, workshop employees submit online applications through the MES system according to production schedules and material lists. Warehouse staff check the application in real time, confirm sufficient inventory and valid material batches, and finish barcode scanning and outbound confirmation on site. The system will automatically deduct the corresponding inventory quantity and link each material batch to the specific production order, making the whole material usage process traceable. When finished arc extinguishing chamber products are ready for delivery, staff bind product quality inspection reports, customer order information and delivery batch data in the MES system. After scanning and confirming the outbound order, electronic delivery documents are generated automatically, ensuring every shipment has complete and traceable product records.
Besides basic inbound and outbound operations, the training also covered practical daily operations, including real-time inventory checking, incorrect data correction, production data synchronization and routine system maintenance. Trainers demonstrated frequent operating mistakes, analyzed hidden risks in daily work, and organized practical simulation drills for common scenarios, such as bulk material warehousing, urgent material picking and large-batch finished product delivery. All employees took part in hands-on exercises to get fully familiar with the standard MES workflows and ensure accurate digital operation in daily work.

All participating employees passed the final assessment after systematic learning and practice. This marks the official full implementation of standardized MES management across Hejing Electric. The unified digital inbound and outbound rules have effectively solved long-standing problems such as data delays, inaccurate inventory counts and poor batch traceability. The overall efficiency and accuracy of factory material circulation and warehouse management have been greatly improved, realizing full-process transparent data management from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery.
Moving forward, Hejing Electric will continue to deepen the application of the MES system. The company will expand system functions in production process monitoring, quality data tracking and equipment efficiency management. By continuously optimizing smart manufacturing processes and applying digital tools to daily production management, Hejing Electric will further improve operational efficiency and product stability, build a higher-standard intelligent workshop for arc extinguishing chamber products, and strengthen its core competitiveness in the precision manufacturing industry.
