Product Description
As a core safety component of molded case circuit breakers (MCCBs), our independently developed and manufactured arc-extinguishing shroud is specifically designed for arc suppression and improved breaking reliability in low-voltage power distribution systems.It is a key component in industribution equipment. Through rigorous material selection and precise structural design, it establishes the first line of defense for the power distribution system in the milliseconds following a short-circuit fault.
The product id integrally molded using high-performance, high-temperature resistant, and arc-resistant engineering insulation materials. After multiple rounds of extreme enviroment testing, it can withstand the high temperatures and energy impacts generated by arc combustion, effectively preventing insulation failure caused by material aging and carbonization. This material characteristic, combined whit the optimized internal structure, rapidly divides the long arc generated during breaking into multiple short arcs. Through cooling and stretching, it accelerates arc extinguishing, significantly reducing arc erosion of the circuit breaker contacts and surrounding components, and greatly improving the equipment's breaking capacity and servise life.
In terms of core performance, this arc-extinguishing shroud breaks through the limitations of traditional design, achieving a dual upgrade in arc extinguishing efficiency and structural stability. At the momen of short-circuit breaking, it can precisely guide the arc's direction, rapidly dissipate arc energy, and suppress arc reignition and spatter, ensuring stable operation of the circuit breaker within its rated breaking current range. The gas-generating baffles are made of PA66 RNG00 unbleached Guangzhou Kingfa E171666 raw material;
The arc-extinguishing grids are made of galvanized steel SGCC raw material;
The baffles are made of PA66 302IG10 NA99001 unbleached DSM raw material.
