Arc extinguishing cover of frame circuit breaker6

The arc extinguishing cover of the frame circuit breaker adopts high-strength heat-resistant insulation material and multi-stage current shunt arc extinguishing structure design, which can quickly elongate, cool and extinguish the arc at the moment of breaking, effectively reducing thermal shock and contact loss, significantly improving the circuit breaker's operational safety and system reliability, and is suitable for high-load industrial power distribution scenarios.

    Product Description

As a core safety component of a frame circuit breaker, this arc-extinguishing enclosure is specifically designed for high-load industrial power distribution scenarios. Through the synergistic design of high-strength, heat-resistant insulating materials and a multi-stage shunt arc-extinguishing structure, it constructs a critical protective barrier during circuit breaking, significantly improving the safety and reliability of the power distribution system.

In terms of material selection, it utilizes high-strength, heat-resistant insulating materials such as arc-resistant BMC molding compound, possessing excellent mechanical strength, insulation performance, and thermal shock resistance. It can withstand the high-temperature erosion of electric arcs without deformation, carbonization, or cracking, effectively blocking arc spatter and preventing phase-to-phase short circuits and equipment damage, meeting the long-term stable operation requirements of industrial scenarios.

The structural design incorporates multi-stage shunt arc-extinguishing technology. Through the staggered arrangement of long and short arc-extinguishing plates, an efficient arc-extinguishing channel is formed. Combined with the precise adaptation of the arc-initiating plate and the arc-filtering plate, the arc is quickly introduced into the enclosure at the moment of circuit breaker breaking, achieving arc elongation, segmentation, and cooling. The series effect of multiple short arc segments significantly improves arc voltage drop, accelerates the recombination and deionization of charged particles, and ensures that the arc is completely extinguished within milliseconds, reducing the impact of thermal shock on equipment from the source.

This design effectively reduces arc erosion damage to contacts, extends the electrical life and maintenance cycle of circuit breakers, and reduces the risk of unplanned downtime. Whether used for main power supply switches or high-capacity branch line protection, its stable arc-extinguishing performance is suitable for rated current scenarios of 630A to 6300A and above, and is widely used in heavy-duty industrial fields such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, and power engineering, providing a solid guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of power distribution systems.
