    Composition

    2 arc-damping plates + 2 insulating plates + 31 arc-extinguishing grid plates.

    The arc-damping plates are made of PA6-GF30 (A190G6HK) pine resin.

    The insulating plates are made of epoxy board in natural color, with a specification of 0.5 (+0.02/-0.05) * 103(±0.25)mm.

    The arc-extinguishing grid plates are made of Q235 strip steel that has undergone Cu3Ni2 salt spray 8H treatment, with a hardness ≤200HV 0.2. The specification for one bent piece is 0.8 (+0/-0.02) * 47.5 (±0.1)mm, the specification for two bent pieces is 0.8 (+0/-0.02) * 66.5 (±0.1)mm, and the remaining specifications are 0.8 (+0/-0.02) * 64 (±0.1)mm.
